10 Ways The University of Colorado Wins, Even When We Lose
It's hard to believe that the University of Colorado Boulder has any downsides. Here are the top 10 ways the University of Colorado wins at everything.

The University of Colorado Boulder is known, loved, and respected for a variety of reasons. Anyone with access to the Pac-12 Network or the Internet, however, knows one of many things to be true about the Buffs: to be eloquent, the football team is significantly less-stellar than other aspects of the University. However, when it comes to being a proud CU Boulder student, the football record hardly diminishes the college experience. Chances are, if you are a student at the University of Colorado, you believe whole-heartedly that there is no better university on the planet…and guess what? You’re right. Here are the 10 different ways in which CU Boulder wins, even when the Buffs lose.

10. This is the view from campus every day.

If you’re lucky enough to find yourself as a student at the University of Colorado Boulder, it’s likely that you’ll have you breath taken away on a daily basis. Boulder is located just at the base of the Flat Irons. Additionally, there is science to support the claim that beautiful things make people happy-which would explain why Boulder is one of the happiest and most friendly campuses around. Only a 10 minute walk from Chautauqua Park, students have the opportunity to enjoy hikes, scenic runs, daily escapes into mother nature, and even ridiculously amazing sorority photo shoots.

9. Red Rocks.

Now, I know what you’re thinking… this can’t be real. Well, you’re wrong. Red Rocks is very much part of the package as a CU Boulder student. Students can literally buy a Bus To Show ticket, and from campus, load up with their best friends and an unhealthy amount of booze and enjoy a 40 minute drive to the most breath-taking and amazing natural outdoor amphitheater most people will experience in their lifetime. A variety of artists grace the venue with their presences from April-October such as Big Gigantic, Tim McGraw, Lana Del Rey, Hozier, Jason Aldean, Major Lazer, and many many more. Living in Boulder, going to a Red Rocks show is simply just another amazing thing to cross off the list of things to do during your four years.next
