“Professors don’t care about your attendance – just show up for the tests!”
There are pros and cons to the falsehood of this statement. Pro: There are few enough students in each of your classes that your professor will notice your attendance. This also means that you have an opportunity to get to know your professors in a way you never could at a large school. Con: Attendance policies are a thing, and can seriously affect your grade. Consider it motivation to get up before 3PM.
