4. You get unofficially kicked out of your own spot. Obviously, you’re going to try your absolute hardest to avoid being at a place that you’re uncomfortable in. It’s a different ball game when that place is your own home. You’ll more than likely end up stalling around campus until the inconvenience drives you crazy.

3. Having your parents visit is one of the worst experiences you could possibly have. As if their annoying series of questions isn’t bad enough, you now have to explain why things are so “weird” between you and your roommate. The situation gets even more unbearable when your mom finds personal items in your room that do not belong to you.

2. You’re roommate could get really attached. Like wanting to know where you are every second of the day attached.  Or getting upset and crying when you start getting to know other people attached.
