Every year it seems like it gets harder and harder to figure out what to ask for around Christmas time. Well, I should say it gets harder to figure out a tangible gift to ask for. The older I get, the more I wish that Santa was real, so he could plop down my chimney and deliver me all the goodies that there’s no way in hell I could ever get without him.
If her were real my Christmas list would be about ten times longer and include things way flashier than a new pair of jeans and a coffee pot. Just picture running down the stairs like a little kid to see things that actually brought a genuine smile to your face again. Sure, we all love Christmas and we’re grateful for everything we get, no matter how big or small, but there are a few things dream items that every college kid would love to see sitting under the tree.
10. Free tuition.
If Santa were actually real, this would be the first thing on my Christmas list. Can you imagine the feeling of not having any debt? Yeah, me either.
9. Unlimited bar tab.
Next on the list would definitely be a semester full of drinks on the big guy. Say goodbye to having to choose between brunch and a night out, because Santa would have your back.
8. Free rent for a year.
College rent is absolutely ridiculous, and just think about all the Chipotle burritos that you could buy if you didn’t have to pay rent.
7. No more finals.
An end to finals once and for all sounds too good to be true, but not if Santa were here.
6. An extra day in the week.
Imagine all the things you could do, or even better not do, with an extra day in the week.
