2. Get a strike board.
Have something your roommates are particularly bad at? Washing their dishes or leaving their school stuff laying around every day? Once they hit 5 strikes, next 30 rack or handle is on them!
1. Be considerate
This one is easy. Basically, just don’t be an a-hole. You know that your roommate has a huge exam tomorrow morning? Maybe don’t have a huge party that night. Simple courtesy, really.
