Halloween is a big party weekend for college students. Not only do you go out on the actual day of Halloween, but you most likely party that Friday and Saturday as well. Halloween night is the night you put on your best costume (of your probable three) and expect to have a great time! There are 10 stages to Halloween Night that every college student feels at one point or the other.
