10 Struggles of Going to College Out-of-State

Going to college out-of-state could easily be labeled as one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make. Some people say out-of-state colleges aren’t an option and others can say they’ve tried it and didn’t like it, but for those of us who have found we love going to school out-of-state there are struggles that always come along with our decision.

8. Packing (and unpacking) each semester/year. If you leave something behind on accident you can’t just drive home and pick it up one day.

7. Traveling back and forth between states. You can only handle so many road trips/flights.

6. Going home for Winter/Summer break. You’re excited you get to finally go home, but then you realize you won’t see your friends from school for a while and that sucks because you got used to seeing them every day.
