8. Every student eventually discovers the amazing food uptown. Whether it is the mac and cheese bites from Mac n’ Joes, the tacos at Fiesta Charra, or literally anything from Skipper’s, the temptation to spend real money is always around. The “fake money” on everyone’s meal cards disappears quickly, but real money has to be conserved for big nights out.
7. One of the more recent struggles involves how most halls have co-ed floors now. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not afraid of girls or anything (I’m not exactly a ladies’ man either), but when I look horrible in the morning and have to pass a group of girls while wearing nothing but boxers while I walk to the shower, it’s a bit weird. I’ve gotten more used to it, but based on the reactions of everyone else who have apparently never seen somebody so pale, not everyone is adjusting as well.
