3. I Don’t Need to be Popular to be Happy: Popularity is practically nonexistent in college. No one cares about Homecoming Court or dating the quarterback. There is no “in crowd,” there is only you. You’re cool because your new, true friends think you’re cool, not because the entire campus does. So whether you’re a computer nerd, theatre freak, or the good little church kid-you have a place in college. You have a place in this world, actually. You will meet people with like-minds who will make you realize that you are not alone.
