9. Surround yourself around people who make you feel good about yourself- If you’re not around people who truly do not make you happy, leave them. Surround yourself with people who make you happy, give you advice, have fun with, have your back, and most importantly people you can trust. If you’re surrounding yourself around negative people who bring you down, it’s not good for your insecurity.

8. Focus on yourself more- Put yourself before others, your happiness comes before anyone else’s. Make yourself happy, do something new to your hair, go shopping, buy a cool necklace, read a book, and spoil yourself. If you put others before yourself, it gives you no time to focus on the things in your life that need to change.

7. Figure out all your amazing qualities- Take a minute and list out all the amazing compliments you get, it forms into a list of your personal amazing qualities. If this doesn’t make you smile or cheer you up, think of your own. Do you make people laugh? Do you give good advice? Are you a lot of fun?
