12 Ways To Fight Insecurity

I’m here to tell you that insecurity is not real, and we need to raise our self-esteem.  Insecurity is just an underlying emotion that takes over the way we see ourselves, it takes over our self-image and influences our behaviors. Today we are known as the narcissistic generation. We’ve grown up on technology and social media, and it’s giving us an inflated sense of ourself. We all have our own insecurities today and we shouldn’t, they suck and they’re not realWe need to learn how to be confident with ourselves, have fun, and enjoy life.

12. Be positive- It’s easier said than done but seeing the best in yourself, people, and a situation will really help cure your insecurities. Instead of jumping to conclusions and  going with your thoughts on negatives, or saying you can’t do something.. STOP, you’re awesome and can be positive about everything.
11. Change what you can’t accept- If you can’t accept something in your life, GET IT OUT! There is no need to keep something in your life if you don’t like it. Be the bigger and better person and change it. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle, ending a relationship, giving up alcohol, or making new friends. You have to be the one to stand up and change the things you cannot accept, because no one will do it for you.

10. Face your own obstacles- Take action and solve your own problems. If you mess up, fix it and get back on your feet. Figure out what’s making you feel this way and solve the problems, and own up to your mistakes or decisions.
