15 Things You Learn When You Spend a Friday Night In

Spending Friday nights in can be great, but it can also be depressing. Here are some things we learn if we have a night in to ourselves:

15. Having money is good. Waking up with the same amount of money as the day before is a real accomplishment. Unless you went crazy online shopping with your Friday night. Then, you are in trouble.

14. FOMO is real. You are sitting alone watching TV and a commercial comes. Time to refresh your social media! All your friends are posting pictures on instagram or uploading posts on their snapchats. Fomo (fear of missing out) is high. High enough to get ready and join em? Prob nah.

 

13. Reading can be fun. On your Facebook a fun article pops up. You click on it to read and get extremely engaged. Tons of time passes and you’ve read 10 articles and you’re confused at where the time went #literacy

12. Netflix is your only true friend. Netflix is always there for you. Netflix always has so many options. Netflix never bails. Netflix is bae.

11. Walgreens is the God of all convenience stores. Often you find yourself craving snacks or candy while watching movies on a night in. The candy isle is heavenly. Three for three, holla. Also, ice cream is a necessity. You can finish a pint of Ben and Jerry’s by yourself.
