All of us have a mental breakdown at least once a semester, maybe more (depending on your major/workload). Sure sleep is great, but it’s not always the answer to our problems. There are so many things you can to besides sleep to keep yourself from being stressed out. I get it, we get stressed.. It’s college, it happens! Get your mind off of being stressed and take a breather, you owe it to yourself. I’m going to leave you a list of 22 things (well 21, because a nap is one) that you can do to save yourself from freaking out in the middle of the semester! Keep these in mind for when you go/ go back to college.
