Studies in Australia have shown that people who have orgasms three times a week have a 50% lower chance of dying for any medical reason than the people that only have one orgasm a week. More research has shown numerous orgasms raise a person’s lifespan 3-8 years. According to Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, their research showed that college students who participated in sexual intercourse about one to two times a week had more levels of a certain antibody compared to students who didn’t have sex as much. If you want to build your immune system or you hope to live a longer healthier life, sex is a perfect way to accomplish that goal.

When having an orgasm your body releases endorphins which triggers happiness in your brain and naturally puts you in a good mood.
