Stage 3: Giddiness.
By Stage 3, all your friends must resist the urge to roll their eyes every time you mention him because, at this point, it’s happening a lot. Several weeks into the relationship, it still feels new but even better than the newness is just how giddy you are about him and everything that has to do with him.
Stage 4: Elation.
As the brand spanking newness of your relationship starts to fade, it’s often replaced by happiness that can’t even be described properly by using the word “happiness.” There’s something about this relationship that just feels right and perfect and wonderful. Was anyone ever as happy as you? Probably not.
