10 Stages Of Going Back To College After Spring Break

Spring Break! The time we all dream, plan, and pray about. You were probably planning your spring break trip since the beginning of the year. What do we do now that it is over? How are we supposed to make it through the rest of the semester without any time off now? Memories were made, shots were taken, and you may even have gotten a nice tan. Now reality is about to smack you in the face and post spring break depression is going to set in. Don’t worry you’re not in this alone because we are all feeling the same way right now.

10. Panic-

Wait, I have how many assignments I was supposed to do over break? No, I didn’t actually do any work while I was on the beach! Omg I am going to fail everything!!

9. Denial-

There is no way break is actually over. It’s only been like two days! We are supposed to have a whole week off and I definitely did not waste the whole thing already.

8. Annoyance-

But, my friends are still on spring break! Welcome to the world of mis-matched breaks, when you realized your college hates you and doesn’t want to line up breaks so you can see your friends. So live vicariously through your friend’s Instagram because they are the only one having fun now!

7. The New Definition of Broke-

Yes, you really did spend all your money while you are on break. No, you can not go out for the next month unless you start collecting pennies as soon as possible. If you did spring break right, your bank account might be lower than your GPA.

6. Drowsiness-

Helloooo 8 a.m.! That’s right, you have to try and pry yourself out of bed after you’ve been sleeping past noon for a whole week.
