A New Way To Party: Palcohol

The history of partying in college has been based around drinking. Cheap beer or cheap liquors have been on college campuses for decades. What we have all come to know and love is about to change. A new revolution is about to change behaviors on campuses and it’s called Palcohol, yes, powered alcohol. On March 10, 2015, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau approved this new powdered booze.

Students can easily carry it around and mix it with water, like any drink packet. Now that Palcohol has been approved on the federal level, it is up to the states to now regulate it. So get it now, before it is banned! This powered booze is being offered in a variety of flavors. You can get it in vodka, rum, and in three cocktails—Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop and Powderita (Margarita). It is sold in a foil packet and should be mixed with 6 ounces of water to make the equivalent of one shot. It is cheaper, easier to move around, and you can party harder! There are many reasons to make the switch and it is time to start mixing!
