10) Always keep a pinky promise.
You should know not to mess around with that. If I’m putting my trust and my confidence in you, I’m relying on you to keep my secrets between the two of us.
9) Always tell me if I look like garbage.
Don’t be the friend that doesn’t tell me what I really look like because you were worried about hurting my feelings. I asked you because I want you to tell me. And of course let me know when I’m looking hot, too.
8) Never date anyone without approval.
You actually thought that you could trust your own judgement on who you like? Think again.
7) Always offer your shoulder when it’s needed.
Offer up your night when I need it, and I’ll always do the same for you. If there’s one thing best friends need each other for, it’s for encouragement and support when times are tough.
6) Always be honest when things are upsetting you.
I always want to be the first that you can go to about things. Never feel like you can’t come to me, because it’s with me that you can be the most raw, unfiltered version of yourself.
