The daily diet of a college kid is one that is quite unique. Lack of time, money, and access to grocery stores can seriously limit what is available for us to eat. Below is a play-by-play of what an average college student eats within 24 hours…
Breakfast:
Since we’re usually sprinting to class (because those extra ten minutes of sleep were so necessary), breakfast normally consists of quick and portable things such as:
Pop tarts/granola bars
Last night’s cold pizza
An energy drink
A gallon of coffee
A piece of “fresh” fruit that you snagged on your way out of the dining hall three days ago
