I am a big believer in calling your relatives, after all they are most likely the reason you’re even in college. But then there are those people that call every single relative every single day. Even the ones that don’t remember who you are, they call them too. Don’t get me wrong, I talk to my mom daily. However, if you went away for school, the purpose of that was to get away from the family, am I right ladies?
Once the weekend hits, I don’t like staying on campus because there isn’t much to do. So I like to plan places to go over the weekend, I would say the beach but I only live 20 minutes from the ocean. If you go to school in a place that is different from where you’ve lived or where you’ve grown up, you do all there is to do as soon as you possibly can. Which means I personally tore the city apart within the first two weeks. My friends and I are now constantly looking for places to go or things to do. Pretty sure we will pack up the car and head to Vegas one day.
