Going To The Gym Explained By A Person Who Hates Working Out

Some people really enjoy working out. They go on and on about how they get “runner’s high” and how they feel so much more energized when they go to the gym. The gym is their happy place. And that’s great for them… But not so much for me. There are many of us where the gym is pretty much hell. It’s sweaty, smelly and to be honest very intimidating. But you gotta do what you gotta do to stay somewhat in shape. Here’s the thoughts that every non-athletic, gym-hater have when they have to go to the gym:

12) First, the greatest struggle has to be actually getting yourself to go to the gym. There’s a constant back and forth as to whether it’s worth it or not.

11)Then you swipe in and you wonder if the front desk person is judging you for paying for a gym membership you barely use.

10) You look around and everyone seems so physically fit and graceful and you feel like a blob.
