Penn State. WE ARE!!!! It’s their meaning of life at Penn State. The Alpha Phi chapter is making us scream that phrase in a big way. The more videos I watch from Penn State the more I regret my decision of not choosing to go there for college. This college has definitely been on our radar lately. .
