Anyone who goes to Penn State knows the tradition of the yearly Arts Fest. Students wait with high expectations of what could be one of the biggest party events of the year. Since there may never be a party like this again after graduation, Jake Pomper documented his last PSU Arts Fest as an Undergrad. The results were epic! Penn State University knows how to party!!
