Ok, so every college student knows that groceries are scarce and nothing will ever compare to your mom’s cooking. But one day, my roommates and I had a sweet tooth and were very resourceful. We decided to whip up a simple treat with the ingredients we had in our apartment and we’d like to share this yummy and simple treat with you!
Banana Fall Crunch Ice Cream
What you’ll need:
Take your bananas and cut them into coin-sized slices that are relatively equal.
Put your slices into a container or zip-lock bag and freeze them for at least two hours.
Take your frozen bananas out of the freezer and place them in the blender. You don’t need to add any milk! The texture of the frozen bananas will transform into ice cream instantly.
Decorate! Throw on your desired amount of crushed pretzel toppings, chocolate chips, and drizzle some caramel syrup on top to finish it off and give it the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Enjoy your yummy and simple fall treat!
