Do you play Pokémon Go? Since the game was released on my birthday this year, July 6th, that question has had the same answer as this question, “Do you breathe oxygen?” Both questions are most likely going to be answered these days with a resounding YES. It’s pretty weird when anyone these days answers either of those questions with the negative answer of No.

Even though Pokémon Go is the greatest video game of possibly all-time since it allows us regular folks to be real-life Pokémon trainers, there are some drawbacks and struggles to regularly playing the game.

Here are some of the more common side effects of being an up-and-coming Pokémon Trainer.

15. Grocery Shopping Is Distracting

Simple runs to the grocery store are no longer just for food, they’re for Pokémon like this Growlithe because who doesn’t want to catch them all? The only problem is explaining to the person behind you why you’re taking a little longer in the checkout line.
