Here are why a few guys decided to fall into the man bun trap.
“It just got so long, I had to put it up!” -Quinn (obviously a haircut is not an option..)
” I didn’t give a shit, I just said fuck it. I’m gonna grow my hair out and my hair was dope as fu*k. I put it in a bun because the girls I knew said I would look good and it all worked out.” -Dillon. (how many girls did you get after putting it in a bun…JUST curious)
Overall, SUNY Cortland students are not fans of this popular trend. The boys definitely had a more negative feeling towards man buns — (maybe out of jealousy???) But, it seems like a specific type of girl is attracted to a man bun and only certain guys can pull it off. It’s hard to tell whether this man bun fad will last but as for now, our only choice is to embrace it.
