To The Professor That Impacted Me (2)

You pushed all of your students because you saw their potential. You didn’t give up or get frustrated when someone wasn’t understanding the material. You took extra time, so everyone had a chance to succeed. You wanted your students to walk out of your class with a feeling of increased knowledge and accomplishment.

You pushed me to chase my dreams, even when I thought they were unachievable. You always preached to us how we should have big ambitions and goals. You taught us to never sell ourselves short, even when it seems that all hope is lost. You were always available to write a letter of recommendation or to read over a cover letter for an internship, no matter how short the notice.

I know that if I never had the pleasure of taking a class with you, I would not be where I am today. You were more than a professor, you were a mentor and friend to your students. I hope that you will continue to influence your students to be the best version of themselves. I thank you.
