Stanford is a very well known, prestigious college. You’d think they would have picked something a little more… aggressive? Especially for the Rose Bowl.
9) Grays Harbor College: Charlie Choker
Northern Washington’s college mascot is an 8 foot carving of a muscular man stretching a thick rope between giant hands, used to make carrying logs easier. Not the most exciting mascot to say the least.
8) Evergreen State College: Speedy the Geoduck
For those of you who do not know what a geoduck is, this creature is a large mollusk that is famous for its long body that protrudes from its shell. Geoducks are the largest burrowing clams in the world.
