3) Thinking about all that may or may not have gone wrong and all of the what-ifs is just unneeded stress.  The best form of stress relief is accepting what has happened and finding a way to move on with your life.

2) Leaving the bad things in the past will help you to not return to them.  Whether it be a toxic friendship, a bad relationship, an addiction, or whatever else you have gone through, it is best to let all of that go so that you do not return to those activities.  Let yourself leave all of that negativity in the past so you can be happy.

1) It is good to leave the past behind so that you can be free.  Life should be lived, not survived.  The best way to do that is to keep moving forward with your day to day activities.  Step outside of your comfort zone and truly experience all that the world has to offer you.
