When I was a senior in high school, I struggled with the endless possibilities of choosing a college or university to attend for the next 4 years. I didn’t want to attend a college or university that was close to me as I wanted to begin college with a blank slate. I choose not to dorm as I don’t want to end up with thousands of dollars in debt. I needed to find a happy medium. Upon learning about Kean University and visiting the campus, I was in awe. I was able to see myself attending Kean University and I felt a sense of belonging. 10) The commute is about 30 minutes from my hometown and it is a pretty smooth ride there and back.
9) The school provided me a lot of resources and opportunities so I had the chance to explore my interests.
8) The student body is extremely diverse which helps broaden my horizons and meet new people.
