8 Bad Habits We Get Into Over Winter Break

Ahhhh… Alas! Winter break has finally arrived and we’re all stoked! A month off of everything can be pretty refreshing. For well, one whole month and we definitely get into some bad habits along the way. Not saying we lose our bad habits that we bring back and forth to school, but coming home from the first semester and going on break for a month introduces us to some new bad habits. Obviously once the spring semester kicks in these bad habits will eventually break, but for now they’re stuck with us for a month.

8. Poor eating- Sure, you’re not living on microwave food and late night McDonalds all the time, but you definitely pig out more.. Especially on the junk food, while watching Netflix.

7. Sleeping in- Sleeping in well past 10 am is daily occurrence now.

6. Skipping the gym- You feel like you have nobody to impress because you’re not going out as much so you lose all motivation to look/feel good.

5. Going to bed late- You have nothing to do, so you stay up binge watching shows on Netflix; or it’s a habit that stuck with you from cramming for all those tests and pulling all nighters.
