How NOT to Gain the Freshman 15

Every college student fears gaining the dreaded “Freshman 15.” Many dining halls offer many delicious, mouth-watering foods. However, it is the choices we make that will affect our bodies and our weight. So, how does one avoid the frightening 15 pounds? Here are a few tips:

And one of the biggest factors of gaining the weight is a student’s amount of alcohol consumption. Beer and other types of alcohol are extremely high in calories. DO NOT GAIN A BEER BELLY!

Now the question is, how do we accomplish not gaining the freshman 15?
