6. Peace and Quiet
Unless you live next to a frat house, you won’t be awakened by drunken kids every night. In the dorms, at least 5 people go out on any given night. Now, you can watch Netflix and have a nice cup of tea on your couch in peace. Doesn’t that sound nice?
5. Pets
Most landlords don’t have strict rules on pets. There are a few who don’t allow them, but most will let you have a pet for little-to-know cost. Even having a turtle or a hamster will make you feel a little less lonely when you’re home alone.
