8. Your teachers really know you.
In high school, your teachers were looking for your best work for YOU, not relative to the entire class. They saw hard work and appreciated it.
7. Elective classes were part of your day, not your off time.
Anyone on the newspaper staff or associated students board knows the frustration of getting little to no credit for hours spent on these activities. In high school you got resumé material AND class credit.
