In order to do homework or study effectively, you NEED to have a good playlist on in the background. Wasting a little bit of time (2 hours) to make a playlist will end up making you more efficient in the long run, right?

4. Catching up on Sleep
You obviously won’t be working to the best of your ability if you didn’t get enough sleep last night. At the tender age of 20, you need to let your body rest as much as possible. Lack of sleep can cause heart disease, stroke, decreased sex drive, depression, aging, weight gain, and even DEATH. But you already know all of this since you looked it up yesterday to justify taking a nap.
