5. “This isn’t an assignment you can do the night before.”
What it means: Your teacher’s just trying to freak you out.
4. “There are absolutely no exam make-ups.”
What it means: The professor is trying to bully you into compliance by scaring you into thinking that if you have a real emergency, you’ll still fail the course.
