4. Problematic Fire Drills
Winter ones are the worse. A moment of silence for all students who were in their showers when the alarm went off. And to those who set off the alarms….water goes in the instant mac & cheese BEFORE you microwave it.
3. The Walk To and From South Side (Poor Freshmen)
The freshmen island on the outskirts of campus, the walk isn’t too bad actually. But that’s what you tell yourself the first week of school. After that, even the thought of walking all the way to Letch convinces you to just go to Red Jacket and call it a day.
2. The College Green In The Spring
Seeing the Green come back to life at the end of a long winter is the absolute best. People lounging around and socializing. Groups of students playing frisbee, the DOGS that visit. It’s a heartwarming site.
1. Geneseo Sunsets
Are you truly a Geneseo student if you haven’t witnessed at least one? There’s something about the colors in the sky that make you forget about all the homework you have left to do. Watching the sun set over the hills from the gazebo is something that you’ll remember even after you’ve graduated.
