5. The Botany of Desire- You aren’t a stoner if you haven’t ripped the bong too many times and turned on a documentary about mother Earth. This film focuses on the natural beauty of flowers, and yes that includes the Cannabis plant. Make sure you watch on the biggest TV you can find, because this movie will keep you spacing out for hours. Shit, I forgot to shut my vaporizer off.
4. Pineapple Express- Who doesn’t love Seth Rogan? He’s a famous actor and he smokes pot, leaving you with a great movie. And while this is an awesome weed movie, the watchability when your sober is an A+.
3. Mac and Devin go to High School- Not everyone will enjoy this stoner film, but if Wiz Khalifa seems to make your high better on a regular occasion, this is a movie for the baked you. Just make sure you listen to the talking joint at the beginning, because you won’t be able to watch sober.
2. The Union- While it’s not a comedy, The Union is one of the most iconic marijuana documentaries ever made. The attention to detail, compelling argument, and stoner soundtrack will keep you occupied. Maybe so much you’ll even forget to smoke.
1. Half Baked- The best stoner movie ever, even with the bad reviews. If you feel like a stoner while watching a movie, it’s a great stoner movie. Either way, Brian’s stupid-ass face is hilarious every time.
