Giannini Pleaded no contest to two felony counts of indecent behavior with a child resulting from sexual episodes with two male students at St. Patrick’s school. She was sentenced to one year in jail. On Friday, the judge rejected the now 79-year-old woman’s request for early release from the jail term she’s serving. Apparently, Giannini suffers from health problems but she refuses to be treated at the House of Corrections medical facility.
Still, her health problems are not enough for this judge to grant this early release to a convicted child molester.
