I write this letter for all of the girls who dream about meeting prince charming one day. First off girls, love is an amazing thing, but to experience it, you must fall in love with yourself first. Then, when the time comes, there will be that one guy who stands out from the rest.
To that guy, I am not sure who you are yet, and when I will meet you, but this letter goes out to the guy who will one day steal my heart away.
Well hey there mister,
You must be a wonderful guy, because guess what? I think I may or may not be falling for you. It’s those eyes of yours, the way you make me smile, and that irresistible personality you have there.
The weird thing is that I haven’t felt this way in a long time. After being in one-after-another hurtful relationships, I have lost my capacity to love; however, I think you may have found it again. And like that old song from Colbie Caillat, I think I’m falling for you.
When I met you, I bet we were both in the right place at the right time. I have waited for somebody like you to come into my life very patiently: the person who knows me better than I know myself. You glided in when I least expected it, and that made it so much better than it could have been.
I should come with a warning label attached that might mention that loving me won’t be easy. Unfortunately, I am a guarded person because I am afraid that if I let my guard down, I will fall for you even more. I overthink a little bit, too, but not just with you — with everybody. You know what though? You are starting to break the spell as you wave your magical fairy dust and I develop less of a fear when I am with you.
I am sure we have had and will have lots of ups and downs just like with anybody who loves each other. I am certain that we will get through them because of our strong feelings.
We were born with two hands, two eyes, two legs, and two feet, but only with one heart. Why? So, we could find the other heart to make us complete.
