10. They have strong instincts – and they follow them. In all fairness, humans have instinct too but we’re experts at ignoring it. We make stupid decisions that we KNOW will lead us in the wrong direction and then try to halfway justify our thought process by saying something along the lines of “Something told me not to do that!” We are too smart for our own good, which in turn, makes us pretty stupid.
9. Animals are tremendously loyal. They never leave your side. You can be the absolute worst person in the world and your pet will plop in your lap and love you unconditionally. Honestly, no matter what you do, when you call your pet’s name they will always come back to you.
8. They don’t judge anyone. What you look like or do with your life is beyond irrelevant as long as you feed them and scratch their heads every once in a while. You sit around and eat all day? That’s okay, so does your dog and she loves it.
7. Feeding is easy. Sure, your pets may beg for whatever is on your plate but they are completely satisfied with their daily meals. I’m pretty sure animals are the only company you can keep that will eat the same exact food multiple times a day. Try feeding someone a can of tuna three times a day for the rest of their lives and see how far your relationship goes.
6. Animals always stick together. They live and die for the good of the herd. Why humans turn against each other so easily, I will never understand.
