Survive rush week, check. Survive the first week of being a new member, check. Suddenly, big/little reveal is upon us and no one is ever prepared for it because it always seems impossible to find your second mom in a matter of weeks. Big/Little reveal is always an exciting time because who doesn’t want to be included in a family that is forced to love you forever, am I right?
As a new member you’re continuously meeting new people, trying to find your niche, and forgetting everyone’s names (even though you promise everyone that you at least remember their faces). Hi my name is Emily. Yes, I am totally going to remember that along with the other thirty girls named Emily and two hundred other names.
But then you meet one girl and you both love Taco Bell, Grey’s Anatomy, and happy hour and you’ve convinced yourself that you’re basically soul mates.
She IS going to be your big if you have anything to say about it. Parties, you’ll go to them together. Movies, you’ll watch them together. Anything you can do as a duo, you WILL be there because she is the coolest person you’ve come across in your entire life.
But then she says that she can’t take a little. She. Can’t. Take. A. Little. Because she didn’t turn her big/little list in on time” or because she “already has a little” or whatever reason. This is not okay.
