Recently a group of researchers in Quebec dusted off a copy of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (otherwise known as the DSM ) and surveyed people about what kinds of sexual practices they enjoyed that were listed in the DSM Why would any be listed in the DSM? The list got really dark at the end there, huh?
In total, nearly half the respondents express interest in at least one thing from the list. One third said they had experienced one thing on the list at least once. And participants fantasized about 4 things on the list often enough to consider them no longer abnormal
What qualifies as a popular kink? A little over a third of people were into spying on strangers while 26% were down with both festishism and rubbing against strangers.
