Deemed as the most epic Halloween party, I had the opportunity to experience it for myself at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. (I know what you’re thinking- nothing ever happens in Ohio) HallOUween is a giant block party from Mill Street to Court Street and beyond to fraternities and house parties. Here you will party with roughly 20 – 30,000 of your fellow best friends. Known as one of the most haunted campuses, Halloween weekend in Athen’s was definitely one for the books.
When arriving at Ohio University I was greeted with the color turning trees, beautiful brick streets, friendly college students, and well – natti light. Fellow party-goers were already ready for HallOUween to begin as they triumphed down Mill Street in their costumes. From the classic black cat to men in thongs you genuinely see everything. Coming from a different college campus I was going to be partial to my own school, but OU has some of the best school spirit I’ve ever seen. The entire campus is filled with bobcats chanting “OU, OH YEAH!”
