Ryan Kovacik is a licensed EMT, he just turned 21, and happened to notice an ambulance that was just hanging out all by itself. So, he decided to celebrate his birthday by taking a joy ride in the unoccupied ambulance. He was actually on his way to return it when he was pulled over by police and arrested for a DUI as well as possession of stolen property.
