Simply put, try to realize that no one expects perfection, and putting pressure on yourself to achieve that will only hurt your mental health. You are allowed to fail. You are allowed to have breaks where you watch five episodes of your favorite show. You will succeed even if you get an F on that paper and a C in that class. Don’t always focus on school, sports, or activities. Make time for friends, and most importantly make time for you. You are perfectly imperfect just like everyone else and that is okay.
