When you finally reunite with your friend, a wave of relief rushes over you. You’re mad that they didn’t so much as give you a, “Everything’s fine, thanks,” and you’re pretty mad, but you’re glad that they’re alive and not chopped up in a garbage bag floating through the Gulf Stream headed to North Carolina. You were overreacting anyways.
3.) “So, dish.”
After the initial relief of seeing your friend resonates in you for a while, your curiosity sets in. You want to know EVERYTHING, the where, the how long, the quality, all of it. And once story time begins, you’re all ears.
