The families and friends of arts student ALSO financially support programs when they come to see a show or concert. And the expenses of arts clubs are often much less – there’s not as much transportation to compete with other schools, auditoriums don’t need the same level of maintenance as giant fields, and many clubs can repurpose old materials for their supplies. Just look at the cost of a Hamilton ticket and tell me the arts don’t have the ability to bring in some serious dough…
