One person has been shot to death, another injured in a shooting that happened near a home on Hope Avenue Wednesday evening. Two suspects are being sought in a police dragnet that is widening at this hour.
SYRACUSE — Syracuse University Police issued an Orange Alert Wednesday evening. Investigators say they are looking into a crime off campus and have advised all to “shelter in place.”
