4. Stretch it out.
Here are some ways to do it without drawing too much attention to yourself (so, probably not like this guy below).
– Butt stretch: Cross your ankle over your knee (you know, how your dad sits?) and lean forward with your upper body straight. You should feel it at your butt. Hold it for 30 seconds and then switch sides.- Ankle rolls: This is pretty self explanatory. Just move your ankles around in circles and stretch them out, it feels heavenly. Point and flex your toes along with it. Lovely.- Neck stretch: Lean your head to one side and hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Another great one is to try and look at your armpit – sounds funny, but if you push hard enough you should be able to feel a stretch a little bit lower in the neck.

Finally, sometimes you just have to stretch like Rafiki, and that’s okay too. Do whatever you need to do.

3. Wear makeup. 
It sounds weird, but you’ll be less likely to fall asleep with your hand on your face, or smush your face into the desk to avoid smudges – we secretly know Kim Kardashian’s telling the truth here! Guys, don’t be afraid to try this either.
